Second Circuit held that you do not need economic harm to win a Title VII action. One only needs to be aggrieved by the employment action; broadening the prior standard.

Gorzynski v. JetBlue Airways Corp.

Second Circuit determined that an employee need only make a complaint of sexual harassment pursuant to the employer's policy; they need not exhaust all methods of complaint under the policy.

NY's highest court determined that a golfer is not personally liable for injuries sustained by an errant ball, so long as due care was taken in making the shot.

A Message From Our Managing Partners

Greco Trapp, PLLC’s roots in the Western New York legal community run deep. After a long and distinguished history in Western New York, Offermann, Cassano, Greco, Slisz & Adams, LLP dissolved in 2009, and Managing Partner Josephine A. Greco launched Josephine A. Greco & Associates, PLLC. Our firm’s name changed to Greco Trapp, PLLC on January 1, 2011, to reflect the membership of Partner Chris G. Trapp, another experienced Buffalo attorney who joined our firm in April, 2010, after a 30 year practice.

At Greco Trapp, PLLC our attorneys possess over 125 years of combined legal practice, including extensive experience at both the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts – as well as mediation, arbitration, and administrative hearings.
